One day, I hope to donate. Maybe once the Democratic Party gets power. They will do a cost of living to all retired teachers. I did not qualify for the last COSA in Texas.
It would be great if it were the same as Social Security, yearly adjustments tied to a specific formula. My current State Senator was quick to point out that he was for the last COLA but that it would be once only. He really never supports public education nor teachers but likes to appear as though he does.
